Reda Khelladi started working for Windsor in September 2006 as Manager of Windsor’s successful Community Development Team. Before then he worked at two London-based Housing Associations, after getting the taste for Community Development work in the Voluntary Sector.
Reda has pursued this type of role as he thoroughly enjoys the day-to-day interaction with the community his role offers. In June however, he was offered a tempting proposition; a secondment to the post of Manager of Equality and Diversity for Radian.
Radian’s Single Equality Scheme, “Everyone Matters”, has been launched to put the systems in place to start identifying and understanding the needs of Radian’s individual residents. Reda’s role is to ensure Radian’s services are tailored specifically to cater for these individual needs, as well as helping Radian to collectively appreciate the demographic that they house, and look forward to ensuring that they anticipate their residents’ needs for the next decade.
Radian is committed to going beyond current disability, gender and race equality legislation and in one integrated scheme, promote equality in these and the other areas of discrimination, age, religion or belief and sexual orientation.
